Greetings, I'm Debra, a Property Manager Assistant at Cova Realty with over 20 years of experience in property management. My previous background at the Housing Authority includes roles as a Property Manager, Maintenance Specialist, and Assistant Business Manager, with a focus on tax credit programs. I excel in fostering strong relationships and resolving issues professionally. Recently, I've expanded my expertise into the accounting department. I'm dedicated to delivering exceptional service and contributing to the success of Cova Realty through integrity and continuous learning.
I have been a lifelong resident of Ventura County. I am a mother to two sons and I love spending time with them. I enjoy summer BBQ's, hanging out with my family and traveling.
